Meet Adam Smith!

Hi ReCharge Community! My name is Adam and I am certified in assisted stretching and looking forward to helping you regain lost range of motion. I also assist in creating online programs for our member. Most times you can find me working the front desk and helping members get the most out of their time at ReCharge.

I’m originally from Plainfield, IL (a southwest suburb of Chicago) and come from a big family of 7. I just graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science with a Concentration in Chiropractic. I also play football there as well. I will be returning for a 5th year at Saint Francis to pursue a Masters of Business Administration and to play one more year of football.

Besides football, I like to spend time with my family and friends, workout, and play golf. My goal is to go off to Chiropractic school in the Fall of 2026. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from and work with Dr. Dom and Alexis and I look forward to seeing you come into ReCharge!

Introducing, Dominic Schultz

Dr. Schultz knows a thing or two about movement and how to create & maintain a healthy body.

As a long term multi sport athlete, his exposure to a wide variety of injuries and thus rehabilitation strategies is unique. During his time spent at The University of Minnesota playing College Football, he struggled with multiple severe lower back injuries. But with adversity comes growth! Those years in pain pushed him to learn more about the body and how use pain to facilitate awareness and ultimately, recovery.

Graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2019 did not end his education journey. Dr. Schultz has a never ending thirst for knowledge all things health related; constantly reading up-to-date text on the most effective treatment, rehab, and preventative strategies. With additional certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Dry Needling, and Rehab, he is well equip to help anyone reach their health base goals.

My Approach

We firmly believe that feeling better doesn’t have to be complicated. There are variable that are under our control that when brought in better balance, recovery is on the other side.
